Where do you ship?
 We currently ship across India.

How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
  • During sales, new launches, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999.
  • For orders under ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will apply.

Order Tracking
 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how to return or exchange an item.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Free from any damage or stains

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at help@wildbudssworld.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

  • Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
